Adventure : Mr. Kimbob Korean Healthy Food at SM Foodcourt

Good morning!


We had our usual visit to the nearest SM, and been seeing this new Korean food chain for awhile now. Finally, husband and I decided to try their food. Being a food lover, we find it pleasing that they have big servings plus the fact that they serve veggie on the side is a new thing. Normally, fast food offers fried everything , that is according to my observation. Plus the fact that the food costs P99 is really worth trying, right?


   We were undecided on which to order, good thing the crew offered their best seller --- the Bibimbob!

    I was not in the mood for something spicy that day so I skipped the one with kimchi and ordered the one below :

Bulgogi Jabche Dubbob

    This is the same dish as the Bibimbob except for the japchae (it's the korean version of pancit). We also had this vegetable dumpling as side dish.

   My husband did love the food although he was asking for something more spicy with that being said he was looking forward to another eating marathon at Kimbob.On my part, I found the japchae too oily and the serving too big for me, like half pa lang ang nakakain ko gusto ko na mag give-up haha! But it was all worth it given the price. :)

Adventure : Vikings SM Marikina / Dad's day

The first time that I have been to Vikings was with my teammates enjoying our dinner incentive and I was amazed with the wide selection of food plus the fact that it is free? Ang saya!
I have to admit na since it was my first time, di ko alam saan kukuha ng plato, ganun ako ka walang alam..well, there is always a first for everything di ba?

Here is the mandatory group picture of that experience..(mandatory kasi kailangan makita ng client na nagdinner nga kami, ebidensya kumbaga haha!)

Last weekend, we went to Vikings Marikina to grant husband request for his special day. It was convenient for us since we live in Rizal and it's a ride away from our place. I can say that it was sulit for us kasi nga andami food selection (at madami kami gutom!) Pig-out talaga ang peg namin mag-anak haha! It's good that I made the reservation ahead, kasi if not, we will wait in queue andami pa naman tao kapag weekends.

Sobrang daming busog, and feeling ko hindi pa ako natutunawan sa dami ng nakain ko last weekend. I've heard from husband that MIL and SIL plan to visit us soon and they looking forward to experience dinner buffet...the Vikings way!

Adventure : Potipot, Zambales Part 2

Hi everyone!


Good morning!

I've been itching to post a review on the Potipot adventure that we had 2 weeks ago.Hindi ako maka get-over sa experience kaya may part 2 pa! :)

We left Ortigas around 10 am, we had our 1st stop for breakfast in Fisher Mall along Quezon Ave. I had the epic Jollibee chicken meal. We also shopped for supplies here, food and other stuffs that we will bring to the island. After breakfast, we started our road trip. It's kinda hot that day ( kasi summer nga di ba?) but Wacky, the great was a safe haven for all of us.

NLEX

Zambales is a 5-hour drive, that is if you don't get lost haha! We had stopped for gas and lunch somewhere in Iba had late lunch at Mang Inasal. We reached Candelaria around 6.30pm

Potipot is a small island in Candelaria, Zambalez. Boat ride from the seaside is approximately 5 minutes, it's a super short boat ride, before you knew it your in the island na.

If you are not lazy like me, the tour of the island will take 20 minutes.

It is advisable to bring/rent tent for some privacy.

Potipot is a relaxing place to go to when you need some time with nature, and given the chance we might see each other soon.

It's been planned for months and now it's finally here. Our TEAM at work will be spending out of town this weekend. This is our first ever beach get-away as a team and we are so looking forward to it.
